Will I receive feedback or a reference after volunteering?

Once you've completed a volunteer opportunity, the group you volunteer with has the opportunity to provide a testimonial – if they do so, this will be shown on your social record.

This is strictly optional and, as many volunteer managers are pressed for time, please don't be disappointed if you don't receive one – this is by no means a reflection on your volunteering!

You may, however, send a message to the group requesting a reference if you wish – we suggest you do this by emailing the contact person listed on the opportunity.
