What reports are available in each subscription?
This article shows the reports are available within each subscription available on Be Collective.
Be Collective offers four tiers of subscription:
- Be Collective Starter: free access to Be Collective for smaller-sized groups, which only require access to our standard suite of tools
- Be Collective Plus: offers a range of additional features to better manage volunteer programs at an entry price. With our Plus plan, you can also add up to two administrators to your group, manage documents and member data, access Summary and Key insight reports, and so much more
- Be Collective Pro: ideal for organisations ready to take their volunteering management to the next level. It includes tools to manage events, track licences and qualifications, recognise and reward volunteers, create custom fields, and export data via CSV files. Pro also supports up to five administrators, giving teams more flexibility and control
- Be Collective Full Platform: built for organisations that need maximum flexibility, insights, and scale. As our most advanced plan, it empowers teams to fully customise their platform experience, drive deeper engagement, and report on impact with confidence. It includes tools to manage events, track licences and qualifications, recognise and reward volunteers, create custom fields, and export data via CSV. Full Platform also offers unlimited administrators, advanced data exports and Analytics hub reporting, and unrestricted access to all Be Collective features
