How to Manage Time Zones for Your Volunteering Schedule

Be Collective automatically displays your volunteer shifts in your local time zone, so you always see the correct start and finish times no matter where you are or where you are volunteering.

View shifts in your current time zone

1. Open My dashboard, then My volunteering

2. Open the Schedule tab

3. Use the Time Zone dropdown to select your preferred time zone

All shift times will display in the time zone you select.

View shifts in the opportunity's local time zone

1. Open My dashboard, then My volunteering

2. Open the Schedule tab

3. In the Time Zone dropdown, select the location where the opportunity is based

This lets you see opportunities as they are scheduled in their local time.

By using the Time Zone dropdown, you can always ensure your schedule is accurate and easy to follow, no matter where your volunteering takes you.
