How do I partner with a Volunteer-Involving Organisation (VIO)?
If you wish to forge a partnership with a Volunteer-Involving Organisation, such as a community group or non-profit, to further your efforts in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, it's easy to do using Be Collective.
Quick tip: We advise talking to the potential partner organisation first so they know to expect the invitation.
Partner with a VIO
Use the search bar to find an organisation you'd like to partner with (see also How do I find and join a group to volunteer with?)
On their group profile page, click the ••• button on the right to open the drop-down menu
Select Request Partnership
In the partnership request pop-up, review whether the group is insured
Add a message to the group's administrator explaining why you'd like to partner with them
If you manage or own multiple groups on Be Collective, select the group you wish to send the partnership request from in the drop-down menu
Click Send request
Your partnership request will then be pending, and you'll receive a notification if the request is accepted.
Once partnered, you can easily endorse and share opportunities from your partner among your employees.
