How do I log in to Be Collective?

If you do not have an account yet, see How do I join Be Collective?

Log in

  1. Click Login in the header (usually next to Sign up).

  2. Check the region in the top right matches where you use Be Collective.

  3. Enter your registered email and click Continue.

  4. Enter your password (case sensitive).

If you are new, use the Sign up toggle on the email screen instead of logging in.

Resetting your password

On the password step, click Forgot password? Your email is shown. Click Continue to send a reset email, then follow the link to set a new password and click Reset password.

Invitations

If a group invited you, create your account from the invitation email link. Logging in without accepting the invitation may show an error with an option to resend the invitation.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

If MFA is not enabled, you go to your dashboard after email and password.

If MFA is enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or SMS (depending on your method), then click Verify.

If you do not receive a code, use Resend verification code (there may be a short cooldown).

If you cannot complete MFA (lost phone, new number, no access to authenticator), use Contact us for support on the verification/lockout screen so we can help reset MFA.
