How do I leave an opportunity?

Leave an approved opportunity

1. Open My dashboard, then My volunteering

2. Click the opportunity you want to leave to open the opportunity page

3. Below Volunteering status, click I need to cancel

4. When prompted, leave a message to the volunteer manager explaining why you are leaving

Withdraw a pending application

If the opportunity status shows Pending (you've applied but haven't yet been approved):

1. Open My dashboard, then My volunteering

2. Open the Pending tab

3. Click the opportunity, then click Withdraw application below Pending

The process is otherwise the same.

Opportunities you've applied for can be found in the Pending tab of My volunteering.
