How do I export reports and data from the Analytics Hub?

This article focuses on how to export reports and data from the Analytics hub.

The Analytics hub is only available to Be Collective Full Platform users. To learn how to access the other reports, Summary and/or Key insights, see:

How do I use Be Collective for reporting?

Export from Analytics Hub

  1. Open your group management page

  2. Click the Reporting tab in the navigation bar

  3. Click Analytics hub

When you log into your group's Analytics hub, you may see a loading screen while the system processes data. This can take a few minutes, especially the first time you log in. Report data is refreshed every 24 hours (at 7am in Australia/New Zealand and 8pm in the United Kingdom).

To review the breadth of reports available, see:

Before you export

Complete adjusting your filters and metrics before you export — a PDF export captures what is displayed on screen at the moment you export.

Download exports to your computer as soon as they are ready. PDF and CSV exports remain available only during your current session within the Analytics hub. If you navigate outside the Analytics hub (for example, to Opportunities or Schedule), you will need to generate them again.

Export a PDF of an entire dashboard

  1. Select the dashboard you want to export — Opportunities, Events, Volunteering or Partnerships

  2. Click the export icon (square with a downward arrow) in the top-right corner of the Analytics hub

  3. Click Generate PDF

  4. Wait for the Working on your PDF file notification

  5. When the PDF is ready, click DOWNLOAD in the notification

If you miss the notification, click the export icon again and choose View exports to check status and download files from your current session.

Export a CSV for an individual table or graph

  1. Set your filters and date range for the chart or table you want

  2. Open the controls in the top right-hand corner of that chart or table

  3. Click the three vertical dots at the far right

  4. Click Export to CSV (or View summary data first to preview what you are downloading)

  5. Wait for the Working on your CSV file notification

  6. When the CSV is ready, click the download prompt — or use the export icon → View exports
