How can I see my upcoming shifts?

Be Collective has been designed to allow volunteers to easily see which opportunities they have been approved for and all upcoming shifts. There are a few different ways you can view this information, whether through your dashboard, calendar, mobile view or directly from your volunteer profile.

From your volunteer profile

1. Open My dashboard, then the Profile tab

2. In the Upcoming Shifts panel, review your scheduled shifts (each shows a countdown to the start time)

3. To see your full calendar, click See full schedule

How do I sync my volunteer schedule with my personal calendar?

From My volunteering (desktop)

1. Open My dashboard, then My volunteering
2. Open the Schedule tab

A calendar view lists all your volunteer assignments. Approved shifts appear in dark green; pending opportunities you've applied for remain light green until approved by the organising group.

Use the dropdown tools above the calendar to set your preferred date range or viewing style (Week, Month, or Overview).

If you have no volunteer assignments, click Find opportunities to the left of the calendar to explore available opportunities.

Click View next shift on the left side of the calendar to jump to your most upcoming shift.

From My volunteering (mobile)

1. Open My dashboard, then My volunteering

On mobile, you'll see a list view of your approved shifts.
