Exporting partners

This article shows group managers how to export their group's partnership data in CSV format.

Partner data exports are available only to Be Collective Pro and Full Platform subscribers. To learn more about Be Collective's subscription plans, please see the Help Centre article linked below:

Be Collective's product plans & pricing

The Partners export lists all groups partnered with your group on Be Collective, and includes the fields listed in the table below. If the group you run this report for has no partners, this report will be empty.

All fields within the Partners export are taken from each partner group's Be Collective profile. These fields are updated automatically if and when a administrator or owner of the partner group updates that group's details in group management.

For instance, if you export Partners on the 1st of each month and an administrator of 'Group A' changes the group's name to 'Group 1' on 14 April, the new name for that partner group will be shown on your May export.

Partner nameThe name of the partner group

Partnership statusThe status of the partnership between your group and the partner group (approved or pending)

Partnership dateThe date the partnership was requested

Number of membersThe number of approved and active members of the partner group

Gateway page referralsThe number of the partner group's members who have joined the partner group through your group's Be Collective gateway (if applicable)

Number of open eventsThe number of current volunteer events managed by the partner group.

Number of completed eventsThe number of completed past volunteer events managed by the partner group.

Open opportunitiesThe number of current volunteer opportunities managed by the partner group

Completed opportunitiesThe number of completed past volunteer opportunities managed by the partner group

Open endorsed oppsThe number of current volunteer opportunities managed by the partner group AND endorsed by your group

Completed endorsed oppsThe number of completed past volunteer opportunities managed by the partner group AND endorsed by your group

Open opps as endorseeThe number of current volunteer opportunities managed by your group AND endorsed by the partner group

Completed opps as endorseeThe number of completed past volunteer opportunities managed by your group AND endorsed by the partner group

Owner nameThe full name of the owner of the partner group

Owner emailThe email address of the owner of the partner group

Owner phoneThe phone number of the owner of the partner group

LocationThe location of the partner group (suburb/town/city)

PostcodeThe postcode of the child group
