Exporting events

This article shows group managers how to export their group's event data in CSV format.

Event data exports are available only to Be Collective Pro and Full Platform subscribers. To learn more about Be Collective's subscription plans, please see the Help Centre article linked below:

The Events export lists all volunteer events created by your group on Be Collective, and includes the fields listed in the table below. If the group you run this report for has no events, this report will be empty.

Field nameDescription

NameThe name of the event

StatusThe status of the event

DateThe date of the event

TimeThe time of the event (if applicable)

LocationThe location where the event will take place (suburb/town/city)

CausesThe cause(s) associated with the event (if provided)

CampaignsThe campaigns associated with the event (if provided)

Donations enabledWhether or not donations have been enabled for the event

Donation goalThe donation goal for the event (if applicable)

Total hours loggedThe total number of volunteer hours logged in opportunities under the event

OpportunitiesThe names of all opportunities listed under the event

Number of volunteersThe number of volunteers assigned to opportunities under the event

Total number of positionsThe total number of volunteer positions created for opportunities under the event, across all shifts

Positions occupiedThe number of volunteer positions in opportunities under the event, across all shifts, which are currently filled by volunteers

Positions vacantThe number of volunteer positions in opportunities under the event, across all shifts, which are currently vacant
