Create an opportunity: Step 5 – Share

This article shows group managers how to complete the final step of the opportunity builder by choosing how to share the opportunity.

Get to Step 5 – Share

1. Open your group management page

2. Click Create opportunity, or open Opportunities and click Edit on a draft

3. Complete Steps 1–4, clicking Save and continue after each

4. You will land on Step 5 – Share

In the fifth step of the opportunity builder, you can decide who your opportunity is shared with on Be Collective.

If you'd like to keep your opportunity private to members of your group, toggle the switch now. Otherwise, all Be Collective users will be able to see your opportunity, and if they apply for it they will also be prompted to apply to join your group.

If you choose not to display your opportunity to all Be Collective users, you can then choose to make it available to specific member types within your group or other groups you manage.

You can also invite other groups on Be Collective to endorse your role, which means their group members will also be able to see it.

Publish or save as draft

• Click Save and exit if you wish to save your opportunity as a draft now and publish it later
• Click Create opportunity to publish
